On the Agenda of the COP meeting will be the adoption of the new Constitution.  The nomination, voting and installation of new officers under the new constitution will be part of this historic meeting.                    
Our member Mrs. Maria O. Hanan (Nneanyi) is running for ENA Secretary. 

The Art Institute of Chicago announces the extraordinary exhibition “Benin—Kings and Rituals:  Court Arts from Nigeria” on July 10 to Sep. 21, 2008.  There will be a Royal Gala Dinner on July 8, 2008.  For information on this event contact Ms. Erin Gilbert, egilbert@artic.edu or 312-499-4163.  The ESO hopes to organize a fund raising bus tour to the museum.  If you are interested, contact the Soc.
